Welcome to Authentic Beauty Code. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online store, products, and services, including the HiShine Collection. By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or make purchases.
To shop on our website, you must:
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance—orders are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, suspicious payment activity, or incorrect pricing/product information. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a refund.
To maintain strict hygiene standards, the following applies:
Due to the nature of makeup and skincare, we cannot accept returns for: used or opened products, products where the seal has been broken, or items damaged due to customer mishandling.
You may return a product only if it was received damaged, it is defective, or you received the wrong item.
Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and properly sealed. Proof of purchase is required.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved: A refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued within 30 days. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one discount can be applied per order unless stated otherwise. We may cancel promotions at any time.
All images, logos, product descriptions, branding, and website content belong to Authentic Beauty Code. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
We collect personal information for: order processing, delivery, customer support, and optional marketing opt-in. We do not sell your personal data.
We are not liable for: allergic reactions or skin sensitivity caused by products, losses arising from incorrect use of products, delays in shipping, or unauthorised access affecting your personal data despite our safeguards. Always check ingredient lists for allergens.
By using our store, you agree to provide accurate information, use products as intended, avoid misuse of our website, and comply with local regulations related to cosmetic products.

At Authentic Beauty Code, we prioritise hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a cosmetics and skincare retailer, we follow strict return rules in accordance with health regulations.
Due to the nature of makeup and skincare, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Options include refund to original payment method, store credit, or replacement product (if in stock). Processing may take 3–7 business days.
If the error was ours (wrong, defective, expired, or damaged product), we cover the return courier cost. If the return is due to customer error, the customer covers shipping costs.
We aim to deliver your beauty products quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a courier link to track your delivery in real-time.
The courier will attempt delivery 2 times. If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional fees may apply.
